I'm a member of High School Running Coach and really enjoyed your interview/training plan, etc. I'm really curious to learn more about how you implement your HIIT training. A few questions:
Is this something you do all year - off season as well?
How many times a week do you think is safe?
What do you think about doing it in the morning of a day when you have a hard workout in the afternoon?
What kind of progression would you use? Once you hit a certain level (just say 15 seconds on a with 10 seconds rest for 3 minutes as an example), do you maintain that level or do you cycle down or what?
Any other words of advice if I wanted to implement it?
