Dear Lets Run,
I recently looked at my grades and I don't think they are really fantastic for the Ivies. They are far above average for recruited athletes though. I am a Sophomore in High school. With pretty much no practice I ran a 5:45 last year.
I can run a 5:15 now with a small amount of training. (5 mpw) I need a 4:15 mile. Is this possible if so how? I know it is very generic. I do have an atheletic body type and am skinny. This is not a troll.
