No. Run 2 miles up, then 4x150 or so strides how you feel. Mile or two down.

Whatever u are used to. Not a tempo or anything. EASY
2 mile warm-up, 2x150m acceraltions, 2x2min up tempo, 2x150 95% full speed, 2 mile cool down.
also at least 100 push-ups, depending on how much core you do.
It's early in the season so it sort of depends on if you're just training through it or if this is an important race. I'd rather do the long run the day after the race and maybe shorten up your planned Sunday run to an easy run with some strides. If the race is important, do as others have suggested.
