Hey hows everyone doing ? I have a little question about superfeet. I have a normal but a more high arch, but it is still a normal arch. that is what they said in my local running store. (normal arch,but a little high arch also, but not high enough to consider high. If that makes sense?) anyways..They recommend me a pair of superfeet. ( i had shine problems in the past and they advice me that the reason i had them was because i was not getting the whole foot transition, A lot of the impact was going to my shine, and i spend so much time in my heels that i was exhausting my shines) they told me get some super feet they would help you. A pair that was a little of arch and heel support so i did. As soon as i put them on i felt a better response from my feet. A different response then the regular insole. ( A wear a pair of brooks ghost 9 i am 21 166 pounds) The response was a more jumpy, quicker response, a more fast response. Has anyone ever use superfeet ? and so what was your experience? Why did you use them. what type of Training where you doing ? I am only building mileage right now. I have a somewhat high arch so my shines where always tight. everything had been good so far. What is your comment of superfeet?
