I have had a hamstring injury for about a year and a half now, on every single run without fail i feel like my hamstring is about to cramp. I've done physical therapy for 3 months with no results, i took 8 weeks off and i still suffer.
I have the " impending cramp" feeling when i run and if i were to pull my right leg up towards my glute. I'm about to just throw in the towel and give up on running, but before i do, does anyone have any last suggestions?
i begged for a cortisone shot my doc said no and to do PT, PT is no help, MRI came back clear, i'm basically screwed, before i quit, is there any last stuff i can do other than stretching my hammy/rolling/lacrosse balling it?
