So, my club coach doesn't give us any advice on strength training he just gives us our running workouts. I do some exercises ( just ones I've found online) but i think having someone telling me what to do that actually knows what they're talking about would be better. I'm in the top 20 for my events in my country but I want to get to the next level by track season.
Do you think the addition of a strength coach to my training will help me improve a lot ?
