So 2 months ago, I popped a bursa pac in my knee. I was cleared to start running 3 weeks ago. I have run a few speed workouts and nothing more than 6 miles on a distance run. My coach wants me to race and see how I am feeling now that I am back into decent shape. I was unsure weather or not I should race with a knee sleeve or not. I do not feel any pain when I am doing speed workouts so I do not know what I should do. I am only running a 800 but I am trying to be around 2:08 which is about ten seconds off of my PR of 1:58.7. What do you guys think I should do?
