Could make Rupp to get a medal at Rio, for example.
Rupp did get a medal in Rio?
Obviously I was thinking to take Kipchoge's medal (if that was his best).

Prove the method by elevating a world class runner to world beater and then share it with everybody in a tell-all book, or just post cryptic references on LRC over 5-10 years and generate some hype about it, and THEN publish the book.
These two.
Is kinda hard to convince someone to try something new. Most runners want proven methods.
All exercises need time to take effect and people don't have the patience, or they lose trust early.
Furthermore, even if people know the efficiency of something, they still prefer their habits.
I think that most of the runners, even at elite level, are not coachable; they know a lot and want to discover on their own.
