I've been pool running for the past couple of week due to injury, but I've found my knees to be somewhat sore/painful. I'm not sure if it's overextending them in the pool or what, but sometimes whend I bend my knees, I can feel them pop, and it sort of hurts. As far as I was aware, it's pretty difficult to hurt yourself pool running.
Anyone else experience something similar? Should I not worry about it?
