What should I expect?
I'm sick of being bad at the sport, I'm dropping all things athletically and I've been fully intoxicated by hate. For training I'm following Jack Daniels 1 mile plan @45 miles a week, but I'll be doing 30min E runs in the morning for 5/7 days of the week. So maybe like 60mpw. I've never followed a training plan without stopping for 2-3 days every other week and I'm really banking on this if you haven't guessed.
My social life will most likely be minuscule but just enough to squeeze by. My grades aren't a worry as school is a cake walk as long as I finish homework. But has anybody ever made it so each aspect of their life was dedicated to running,recovering and gaining fitness? What have you guys experienced?
How much did you improve? Oh, and any things I should be aware of?
