He didn't say don't punish doping. He is saying that WADA is a farce and I agree that WADA should not have the ability to ban entire countries. It's clear that over the years all major companies have been found to have sponsored doping programs.
Every country has dopers and every country covers up for their golden boys/girls.
Your a sheep to believe otherwise.Sports are money generators. All sports have doping. There is a correlation.
