Hey, all. Injured runner - strained hammy a few days ago towards the end of a speed workout. Been resting it for about a week now and today just started cross-training on the elliptical. Any thoughts? I know the elliptical is nothing to compare to running out on the road, but seeing as how I am injured, would this be a good alternative for now? Did a little over 4 miles in 30 min. Weekly mileage is at about 35 mpw.
