I have lost 10 pounds in a month by drinking a gulp of water before every bite of food I eat. I get full quicker and pee more.
Try it out :-)

And how big is a bite of food? (express in grams, not ounces, preferably and how many times do you chew before swallowing, and your breathing pattern while eating?)

Actually, measuring by mL would not be as useful as a simple metric such as "a mouthful", since different people have different hydration needs, which could be better met by the assumption that most people already have the proper "mouth size to stomach size ratio".
Here's what you do. Go on a six month binge and get really fat. Then chronical your weight loss with your new diet. Take pictures everyday and write your book. Go on the dr. Oz show and have him talk some psycho babble about how the h2o consumption alters the food receptors of the brain inducing weight loss. Profit.
In 18 months you'll be rich.
I once lost 10 pounds in a day by not eating anything.
I've lost close to that much simply by going for a run on a hot day.

How much do you weigh? Losing 10 pounds is a lot of water to lose in a single day.
I gained 10 pounds pigging out around Thanksgiving and getting constipated on the long drive home. Drank a gallon of water and ate a five pounds of fruits and vegetables to get things cleared out which added some more weight before I came back down to only 1 pound over where I started.
