Doing my first half-marathon on Sunday. Havent done any workouts but been averaging 75 miles per week for the last year. Been running 7 milers in sub 42 mins and have been finishing off the last 4 miles of my usual daily 11 mile run under 24 mins with the last mile around 5.25 for the last couple of months. My aim is sub 1.30 but hope to get a few mins under that. Will the lack of proper workouts tell? How do you think I will do? Ill post back with results if anyone is interested. 35 year old male btw.
