This winter I am planning on building up to 80mpw with two workouts and a long run each week.
I am also really into rock climbing and mountaineering and would like to devote some time to that.
Running is still the first priority. I will not take any extra off-days or miss any workouts. Mostly I'm worried about there being too much stress on my body or being too tired to workout effectively.
I figure it shouldn't be a big deal because 80mpw is not that much mileage. For example, 100mpw would be more total stress.
