I friggin love Newtons. Low drop, plenty of cushion, lugs feel great when midfoot striking, light weight, have access to deep discounts... what's not to like?
Pretty unscientific, but my HR is 3- 5bpm lower at any given pace running in Newtons than in any other shoe I have tried. True story.
Just curious: do you have an opinion of HOKAs?

Personally I really liked the original challenger ATR but since then I have tried other Hokas and haven't liked them. I have heard some of their other shoes are nice but I can't get into their MEGA cushioned ultra shoes.
