I'm getting older, and the risk of inijury is there too.
Any advice on this?

A dairy is hard work. You'll be milking those cows twice a day for the rest of your life. Stick to running.
When you keep a daily dairy of your running you will be able to milk your training for every last drop.

Quite and amoosing thread. No bull.
I'd say yes, as long as you're willing to give it more than a 2% effort.
Did you know that the dairy industry in the Middle-East depends on milk shakes?
GOMAD (Gallon Of Milk A Day) is a nutrition program generally used for bulking bodybuilders. I'm not sure if it will mix well with distance runners. I think you will get the runs on your run.

It's a little cheesy yes
Not enough carbs in dairy to fuel running. Stick with ugali.
If your family has a history of osteoporosis (particularly if you are a woman), I would look into calcium supplements, but I think 20-30 mpw is likely low enough not to be too irritating unless your bones are very brittle.

No whey.
I have herd enough of this. So the OP made a misteak. Let's steer this back to the intent of the thread.
