I pulled my hamstring the other day during an interval workout (sets of 400s). It isn't bruised or swollen, and the pain is very minor but presents with attempts at running - essentially a grade 1 strain.
I am curious about the opinions of everyone here on how best to rehabilitate from a pulled hamstring and would be interested to hear your own stories of coping this injury.
Not running is making me depressed.
