Got the itch to train after being a couch potato for almost three years. Desk jobs and poor eating caused me to gain a ton of weight especially considering I didn't do much exercise. Decided to make a go at it in July.
Training is good. By my standards I haven't been over doing it. By your standards I probably have. Food has been the significant other half in this weight loss/fitness journey. Here's what I am eating on a daily basis lately:
Morning AM -
- 1 fried egg wheat toast sandwich
- fruit bowl (strawberry, pineapple, black grapes)
** I like the grapes for helping with digestion
- I add to my breakfast low fat yogurt in healthy cereal about 3 times per week
PM -
- 2 bowls of vegetable soup (https://c2.q-assets.com/images/products/p/dcs/dcs-161b_1z.jpg) (every third day I eat chicken noodle instead)
- oyster crackers
I allow myself to eat Pizza on Saturday's to stay sane.
What SHOULD I add aka am I missing anything super important that my body needs? I don't mind eating the same thing every day. Thank you for your time!
