Hi all,
I'd really appreciate it if you could give me some advice.
A while ago I bought a pair of NB leadville 1210V2 trail-running shoes.
I have enjoyed wearing them and they have treated me well. However, I have found that the inner-side of the heal has completely eroded on both shoes, to the point that the plastic inner-support of the heal digs into my feet, making it impossible to wear.
I have only had the shoes for 5 months; I run approximately 20km per week, 80 percent trail running. I also wear orthotic inserts. The shoes are exactly the correct size for me.
Despite the shoes being so new, the store that I bought them from is not willing to re-fund me or replace the shoes.
Can anyone help me to understand why/how the shoes could have become damaged like this?
I'll attach some pictures. Many thanks and happy running!
