So, I'm fairly sure I'm not going to advance out of my league meet on Saturday to sectionals. I would need to set a ~2 min PR to do so and place high enough.
So once my season ends, it's just a countdown to my big neighborhood turkey trot! How can I blow past all the soccer players in my TT?
I'm in peak fitness right now. Should I start building volume again to do "mini-base" for 3 weeks then taper and sharpen? Or should I just do light intervals and speedwork to sharpen up?
