Tell that to Bill Gates, Howard Hughes, Temple Grandin, Thomas Jefferson, Oliver Sacks, David Foster Wallace, Andy Warhol, Stanley Kubrick, Jane Austen, etc. Contrary to popular misconception, dealing with ignoramuses like you is actually one of our greatest challenges, not doing something useful. I imagine you and many others on this thread don't even recognize all of those names, which is evidence enough you have no concept of what it's like to be someone like me and should probably refrain from commenting.

For the autism stuff study emotional and social intelligence. Also there's a text book like book called The Human Communication Book, that is exhaustive.
The importantant thing is to improve your social skills. People don't remember how smart you impress them as, they remover the impression you left them with i.e. the famous quote -- how you made them feel.
As for what to do? Seriously, save the planet. Research that European 19 year old that raised millions to test his idea for cleaning up the garbage in the oceans.
Or, James Woods used his perfect SAT's and realization that he could memorize anything easily to take acting classes and made a fortune.
And, find your tribe.
A note: A friend of mine in Mensa can't event open a new email account or manage his existing ones w spam filters, keeps ranting how "they're out to get him."
Another friend in Mensa literal can't stop interrupting and has food stains all over his clothes that he denies having when someone points them out.
More important that your IQ, will be your emotional maturity and learning about your early life imprints.
