My coach only has 1 group specific (mid distance) workout we do and we do it every week. Should there be different ones from week to week or not? It's hard mile, 4x200 from 800 to 400 pace, flys.
Seems to me there should be more variability. Our other "workouts" each week are a long run slightly shorter than the distance group, and a tempo with the distance group.
Really each week is exactly the same.
