So Friday morning I woke up in the A.M to go run an easy 4 and it was in the 30s degrees and I wore 2 sweaters and sweats so I was pretty warm. When I got back i took a nice hot shower and headed to the cafeteria and for some reason I started feeling dizzy and really tired. When I got back to my dorm I had to stay in my bed till the evening due to my back feeling so cold and sensitive- it didn't hurt but if I touched it felt like someone was putting an ice cube on you from behind and you reacting quickly. So if anyone knows what I can do or what's the medical term for it. That sensation is gone now but now my lower back is really sore
