Currently running XC and my times are confusing me dearly. I just raced districts and came in second at districts with a time of 16:41 and my times recently have all been like that I started with a 17:29 at the first meet then went 17:17 then 17:29 then 17:06 then 16:40 then 16:53 then 17:04 then 16:55 then 16:50 then now 16:41 I got sick before the season and I trained easy all summer is my drop coming because I have regionals and I need to drop probably 20 seconds, I know I haven't peaked. So I need some help what should I do and how should I go along with my season and ensure that I drop time and proform well at regionals this is my sophomore year and I expect more so help is needed!
