What a terrible University. This guy should be a hero.
Penn State is an embarrassment to what a university should be.

He was a coach not a player
I used to believe that pedophilia was something that everyone in society found repulsive and rallied against in a united form. I now know that was naive. The Sandusky case shows that school pride trumps concern for children. I learned in the Epstein case that Money and political clout can also cause people to turn a blind eye to child rape. (Bill Clinton and many others). I learned that Hollywood as well turns a blind eye to child abuse by it's A list directors etc as they had deals where they passed around young boys for their pleasure.
Sick society indeed. And it isn't getting better.
Outside of putting a statue of Sandusky in front of their showers, Penn State just couldn't have handled this whole affair any worse. Jeezus.
He played QB for Penn St. before coaching.

Not mutually exclusive, you Sandusky supporter. He played for Penn State, and then coached there.
I still can't believe happy valley keeps defending what Joepa did to those boys in the shower. Disgusting

It was probably worse in some Roman patrician circles.

The Patrician class males engaged in some mild pederasty but that was mostly didactic and benign. Not my cup of tea, but a far cry from shower rape.

So?
Seriously, WTF is wrong with you? ISIS roasts people alive therefore it's not really a big deal if someone else murders someone with a bullet between the eyes?

There was no proof in the Sandusky case. Just accusations. The only thing you could prove was that he was inappropriately communicating with one of the minors. But inappropriately communicating is a far leap from actual sex. Just another witch hunt like the Brock Turner case.
Didn't McQueary witness Sandusky sodomizing that child?

Yes, he witnessed it twice. Once in 2001, which he immediately reported to Paterno and was brushed off. He witnessed it again in 2008 and the idiots at PSU tried to brush him off again.

Why? For not accepting a lie? Mcqueary was a Penn State player. Do you dispute this?

McQueary saw children being sexually assaulted and instead of telling the police, he told his bosses. This is disgusting. He should be banned from Penn State. A teacher has a legal obligation to tell authorities of any abuse immediately and McQueary should have done the same thing. That law should be changed to include coaches at schools at the same responsibility as teachers.
McQueary is not a hero. If he was it all would have ended years sooner.

Didactic? As in having to do with teaching? What?
Full Definition of didactic
1
a : designed or intended to teach
b : intended to convey instruction and information as well as pleasure and entertainment
2
: making moral observations
