Yes, you will get faster, until the same workout every day no longer provides enough stimulus, or the lack of rest leads to injury. I prefer the following training instead:

Okay thnx for response but I seem to plateau in the last type of training. First marathon was a 3.03 marathon on 40-50 mpw one year ago, one week ago a 2.59 marathon on 50-60 mpw. I'm running 3 years now and cant believe this is actually my ceiling already.
It isn't your ceiling. Your ceiling is 120 miles a week with blocks of mileage at 6 minute pace, rather than long warmup, 1 mile at max every day.
