I've run several marathons but have generally underwhelmed. This cycle has been better than usual for me. I'm 7 weeks out and trying to decide what my goal time should be. Key workouts in last few weeks:
10 mile TT in 6:54
16 miles with 10 @ 7:43
20 miles at 8:14 avg and 79% max HR
Predictions/guesses on what I should run here in 7 weeks? Thanks in advance!
