Lets say the school records for the 1600m and the 3200m are 4:20 and 9:25 for a school. There is this hopeful sophmore kid that runs low 19's for a 5k off of 25 mpw and ran 22's last year. He also ran 5:30 and 12:00 in his freshman year of track. If he were to build his mileage fast but safely up to at least 70 and probably near 100 before the end of high school would those school records have even a small possibility of being broken by his last senior race? Would 9:40 and 4:30 be possible?
