I'm 2 weeks out from a marathon. What would be a good workout to indicate what type of shape i'm in. Also, i'm not looking to Yasso 800s. Anything else would help. I'm looking to run under 3:45

Well, you don't want anything too heavy. And you should have an idea about where you are.
But you could do:
10-12 miles with the second half at goal MP. That should feel pretty comfy. Not easy. But not forced. Two weeks out is ok for that.
