Help needed:
So to many niggles means I've been training lots on the treadmill and running shorter faster runs...normal week would be.
Monday: 3 miles - 16:30
Tuesday: 4 miles - 23:40
Wedneaday: 6 miles - 39 mins
Thursday: 3 miles - 1630
Friday : 4 miles - 23:40
Saturday: 3 miles - 1530
Sunday - normally hung over
Running a 5k outdoors next week, what sort of pace should I aim for...any guide would be great.
