Outdoor track. Temp of 60 F and Humidity of 98%

Felt like I could have pulled off 2 or 3 more 4:25s without feeling "race" pain.
Course is a 5K on flat road with a slightly lower temperature and humidity. Thoughts? I appreciate the help. Endurance is good right now at 11 mi long run and raw speed is okay-- low 25s 200m when fresh.
