Hi im a junior that has ran from freshman to now junior. ran around 30 miles a week freshman year during track and played soccer during fall. ran 4:41 and 2:11. took the summer off until late july and ran 35-45 mile weeks through cross and ran 16:43 on a decently hard cross course. then ran occasionally in winter till january and did consistently 35-45 to track with good workouts and ran 4:29 2:03 but never ran a hard 2 mile. then ran all summer going into junior cross and did 40-48 a week miles and have ran 15:50 as my PR and hopefully low 16s on Lavern Gibson in two weeks. How fast could i get for track if i worked up to 70 miles a week in winter with weight lifting and core plus cross training. I mean living and breathing training and a great nutrition plan. Could i run 9:15 and 4:15 if i work my ass off and never take a day off from my workout routine or nutrition wise with 8-10 hours of sleep each night. What could I do this spring if i go all in from November to May in my training. Thank you so much! im just a runner junkie and could read all day about it and want insight from people that know what theyre talking about.
