This was on road and i didnt even go all out i probably could have ran one more sub 6 mile.
Anyways i got 20:19 two weeks ago, do you think i can break 20 now?

That's 6:05 average with a lot of rest between, and only 3 miles. I'd guess 6:20 pace for 5K, so I'd say you have a shot.
Hmm do u think i should go out @6:15 then see how i feel, then maybe go for a sub 19:30 if its feels comfy or just keep 6:20?
6:15 is 11 seconds/mile faster than goal pace, so probably doable for a first mile. Don't go out faster than that. The most important thing will be what you do the 2nd mile, and what you do when you hear your 2nd mile split.
