Yea, who would. If you bought it in 2014 at 208 and now it is 10.35, you would not get that 8% yield the guy is looking for.

ETFs are`in vogue now. People dislike paying trading fees for vanilla stocks bought on broker reccommendations.

You can get 8% on Ukrainian bonds. I don't recommend you buy any bonds that yield 8%.
