Guys this recently happened, after a 30min easy run today me and my friends went to the park to do parkour and on one of our runs i jumped off the balance board and took a long stride almost like a strider with my left leg/thigh. And i felt direct pain there right after, it wasn't so bad but I went home and took a hot shower thinking it would help but no it made it much much WORSE! Its around the left side of my groin and it hurts when i lay on my back straight or walk or run or pick up that side of my body!!
PLEASE HELP ME!!! I have a 45min tempo tomm i could probably push to sunday but I need to be back in full force soon! What should I do? I absolutely despise rest, and think its the most boring thing ever so I dont want to take a break, is this an easy fix or REALLY BAD?
