I'm not sure this counts as a faux pas, but I'm not a huge fan of co-workers striking up conversations with me while we are standing next to each other at the urinals.

Not so much a work restroom thing but I have noticed a tremendous reduction of graffiti in public restrooms in the past few years. I think it is probably due to iphones. People don't get bored and doodle while dumping now. But maybe it is just where I am at and this may not apply in all areas.
But I saw some great work yesterday morning when I stopped on my run at a public restroom toilet. Really find work of steps a guy wanted to do to an Asian woman in picture format on the stall door. He wanted to make big explosion on her ass.
At least once a week somebody jizzes in the sink. I think I know who. Not sure what to do about it though.
