*just because good runners are "skinny" it does not follow necessarily that they do not train with weights
* "you never see pros/elites training with them" - well honestly I never see pros and elites training, as we all know they tend to keep a lot of it secretive, especially the east Africans
* "training with a vest will make you better at running WITH a vest only" -this does not seem logically sound to me, there are many examples in sports of runners swimmers cyclists etc... using devices during training that provide extra restraint such as swimmers training with paddles attached and sprinters using a parachute and finally high altitude training. all of which seem to improve performance WITHOUT those things
so whats the opinion on using a vest in regards to those points listed above?
