I went to Oktoberfest after Berlin this year and didn't see Bolt, I guess I always miss out on the fun stuff.

Anyways he's not partying that hard. After about 6pm you'll have trouble even finding a half liter of hefe like he's drinking, it's all about standing on tables next to buckets of beer at that point.
