What's the life expectancy of guys like Bekele, Haile G, etc? 60 years old?

Haile already is 60 years old and hasn't dropped dead just yet.
Bekele looks about 50 at least. People who live near the equator move faster as the sun rotates which speeds up time and ages them.

There has never been and will never be any "guys like Bekele, Haile G, etc." No one will ever surpass either of the GOATs. Your question is invalid.

French finishers might live longer but French winners do not.

21 french Tour de France winners, and if I'm not wrong, five of them are still alive, makes a sample of 16 guys. Not exactly a big sample.
