So I've been running since fifth grade, but only really saw improvement last year. I went from around 2:55 to 2:20 in the 800, 6:10ish to 5:22 in the 1600, and 1:15 to 0:59 in the 400. This XC season I PRed at 18:50 from a previous one of around 21:00. While I know that I'm nowhere close to as fast as most top freshmen, I was wondering what good time goals for the rest of this XC season and this upcoming track season would be.
