I ran a 2:01 and 4:49 1600 (don't know how much better my mile time could be because i only raced it twice) off of maybe 25 miles a week during track season, with no specific running training over the winter. So far over cross country I've been running about 40 miles a week and PRd with a 16:44, I still have about a month left so that should drop a bit. What should I try to aim for in the mile this upcoming track season
