Wonder how fast Tebow could run a mile?

Praise the lord and pass the steroids.
Was he batting against a javelin thrower with no secondary pitches?
...and then went 0-4 the rest of the day.
Still a higher batting average than current Mets player Jay Bruce.
I wish him well. Seriously.
Checkmate atheists.

Tebow is clutch.
Clutch Rojo?
Hitting a first inning, solo home run and going 1 for 6 (so far) on the day is clutch?
Can the Mets call him up for the playoffs?

Yes, clutch. Imagine for a minute the huge amount of stress and expectations placed upon Tebow. All the haters expect him to fail miserably. He steps up to bat and just crushes the very first pitch he sees. 100% clutch.
Obviously he still has a lot of work to do, but murdering the very first pitch you see in professional baseball was certainly clutch.
Did he Tebow?
Howard, you argue clutch. Given 0 for 5 the rest of the day, I would say lucky.
..And I am a Mets fan.

Ryan Hall should join him. Hall's dad was a minor leaguer and he has been bulking up.

I think Tebow would say blessed, not lucky.

Wouldn't the normal lets run reasoning be that he went 0 for 5 the rest of the day so that not too many people would be suspicious about doping?

He must have forgot to pray about the rest of his at bats. "Sweet lord baby Jesus please let me hit a home run on the first pitch" God can be very literal.

I will pray for you :)

You forgot to mention that it was in a meaningless minor league game. Now THAT's clutch!
Is the Instructional League even considered the Minors?
I guess it's like taking a remedial English class in college, right Rojo? You are still in college, but not really taking a college level class and you don't get credit for it.

The Reds miss Jay Bruce. Home Run or nothing!
