It's hard to do ten like some website said. I ran 16 seconds for three and I'm pretty much dead. Should I train harder? Rest more(5min)?or run slower

This message doesn't sound very clear. No sprinter would run 10x150 @16s, no matter what is the rest. A typical sprinter (100/200) workout could be something like 4x150 with 10' minutes rest. If you want to run more, you should keep five minutes rest but slow them down a lot. Something like 18, not 16.
Hey Forcereaction, Usain here... You should train harder, but remember to be smart. If you're smart, you'll train harder.

what events do you do and what PB (PR)
3-150 less than 5 min rec in 16 sec is very good and something id expect from a 47 runner
was this hand timed? by yourself or coach

I was going to say that myself. 3x150 at 16s is really quite good. Be interested to see the 200 time also.
In the spring of 2008, 6 weeks out of my lifetime 800m pb 1.57 I did track session of 6x150m with 4 min walk back recovery, times were 18.9-18.9-18.3-18.6-18.7-18.9. First 50m was max effort acceleration, the last 100 tried relaxed sprinting. A very tough session. A 5min rest instead of 4 wouldn´t have been too long. In that spring I felt like I could run a 1.55 800 but soon after the second race of the season and my pb run my hamstring tightened and the summer was over, like practically my "career". I overtrained, in the week of the 1.57 I ran 105k / over 65miles like I did almost all the spring. Learned the hard way, coaching myself all the years.
To the OP´s question; take at least 5min passive rest, not over 1k of 150m sprints per session, even less if you´re a sprinter.
Running 3x150m at 16 seconds with less than 5 minutes rest
hmmmm
"OK"
I'm actually a long jumper. Since long jumping requires a large horizontal velocity I'm training for sprints at the same time. This is where I got the 10*150s from
https://www.brianmac.co.uk/longjump/ljplan.htm
it says do it every saturday, sounds crazy to me.
the 16 seconds is from holding a watch and timing my self. not exactly 16 but 16.5ish
Hey Usain
Read the term of service #5
No, no, no... that 10x150, is at 70-80% with around 2min rest.
You can link the term of service #5.

a few things
never just simply copy a from a website without knowing the meaning of each session
prob add yourself half a second, as id bet million dollars you start the watch on or after your first step (still not bad times though)
stop doing stuff off that site! that info hasn't changed in about 20years! trust me! and its not a good programme at all

Allright, Usain, we don't coach pros for free here. But that sounds like a decent session.
You would've lost the million dollars...
I press the watch, listen to the beep and go for accuracy (although I did lean forward to a falling position).
Thanks for the advice! Do you have some websites are articles you use?
