I was hoping we would go off at like 10 am so all i had to eat was my cereal I eat everyday and that I'm used to.
But now that our opening race is at 1:30 pm, which seems like a weird time, I'm not sure how to approach my nutrition.
I'll have my breakfest cereal I'm used to, hopefully use the bathroom, but that won't keep me sated until 1:30.
If anyone had an idea how to approach this that'd be great.
At school I usually snack all day and don't have 1 big lunch. It usually consists with bread and grain type foods. Maybe a yogurt, or some cheese.
