I was thinking I could follow in the footsteps of competitive eater Matt Stonie, but in running.
Do you do anything else on the side, or is this your full-time job?
Matt Stonie: I’ve made it my full-time job. I was in college before, but trying to balance hot dog practices with school was pretty hard. I do professional contests and I also manage my YouTube channel where I post videos weekly. Between those two things, I’m kept pretty busy.
I'm just like him. I have practices that don't balance with school, which is pretty hard (I'm majoring in foreign Asian Oriental filmography). Particularly I'm making weekly running videos for my Youtube channel viewers. That Japanese eating chick with 2 million YouTube subscribers didn't go to college either I don't think. Is it because it's not a NCAA scholarship sport in USA? But doesn't all that "scholarship" just get in the way of running practice and Youtube managing?
