For me I feel like it's the humidity. 60s & humid affects my pace as much as 80s-90s & dry does.
Maybe it's because I sweat a lot.

yes
My options are around 85 degrees with 96% humidity or 98 degrees with 55% humidity. Neither option is pleasant. If I get out early in the morning I will go with the higher humidity. But once the sun is out it sucks.
Humidity and intense solar radiation are the killers. Temperatures don't matter all that much.
I have sickle cell trait and no spleen (hence my username), so I have to pay VERY close attention to temperature and humidity while running in South Florida. I have had minor sickle cell crises (and one major one during a marathon) and the deciding factor is always the humidity. Heat isn't much of a problem. When I ran the Miami Marathon it was 69 degrees at the start, but it was crazy humid. Around halfway I had a major sickle cell crisis and had to limp-walk-run the remainder of the race as my entire body cramped up.
Humidity. You heat up faster and it was an extremely humid summer in the upper midwest.
Heat. Humidity doesn't bother me if the temp is 70F or below.
Neither really I mean I love running in the heat and humidity. I notice things start to go wrong when it's 100. For me cold and wind affects me a lot. If it goes below 40 my running becomes slower and slower.
