I hope I can convey my question here well.
What are some of the tools or "little things" that athletes can do/have access to that help in their overall performance. We know about training (obviously), nutrition, sleep, physical therapy/prehab along with possibly yoga and Pilates. I'm talking about things such as a kinesiotaping, gyrotonics, graston methods, therapeutic cupping, recovery/cooling boots, and then the whole mental aspect aka having a sport therapist/psychologist. And I guess it would be something you have to study or learn about, not like something such as wearing compression socks. I'm just trying to think of other things an athlete can use that are available to them.
