I got one of those little portable electronic stimulation machines during rehab following a minor surgery... Now that I am healthy, should I still be using it?
Maybe on my achilles and calves post-run, just when they get a little "good" sore? Or maybe on my IT bands, for preventative purposes? Chest and abs to get shredded? (LOL)
