Hello Ultra amazing runners
so here's the situation ,, there's a 50K ultra trail race after (12) weeks and i want to join this run because it's the FIRST TIME to have ultra trail race in Egypt so i dont want to miss it .. and my dream is to run Ultra distances
BUT , i've never ran a marathon before and my longest run was 25 K trails week ago with pace 6:30 per Km , my avg runs are 15 K and i run 35 - 40 K on weekly basis.
So .. Is there any possible way to train for that ultra without having SERIOUS injury ? like training plan with more recovery days or with something special ?
